Life can feel like a never-ending whirlwind. One moment, you're holding on tightly to peace; the next, you're caught in the chaos of pain, anxiety, grief, setbacks, finances, family drama, or even the weight of tragic news like the recent devastating fires and political division and corruption. Emotions swirl, pulling you in every direction, making it hard to find your footing. You were built to endure, heal, and rise. With every issue of stress or shifting in your life…you can accept or reject it, face it or shut down, have faith or freeze in fear, blame or take responsibility, Life is full of mystery and miracles. You won’t always have the answers, and the path ahead might feel uncertain. But that’s where the power of shifting comes in. It’s not about controlling life’s unpredictability—it’s about learning to adapt, flow, pivot, and trust the process. My book updated revised book "ShiFt Happens"
will remind you that ... the one who can adapt...survives.

As you navigate this journey, remember the acronym for S.H.I.F.T.:
Strengthen your mind, Hope is critical, Invest in growth, Flow with faith and courage, and Take action where you have control and influence.
Guard Your Mind: The world is noisy, and negativity is on every screen. Protect your peace by filtering what you allow into your spirit. Meditate on scriptures, affirmations, and words that speak life into you.
Breathe and Release: Pause, take a deep breath. The heaviness you’re carrying isn’t yours to keep. If you can, take a mental health day off from work...do it!
Choose Love and Kindness: Even in a divided and chaotic world, you can be a light. Show love, be kind, and let your heart be an example of God’s grace. Practice random acts of kindness.
Count Your Blessings: Gratitude is a spiritual weapon. Even when life is tough, there are still blessings in your life. Thank God for the breath in your lungs, the roof over your head, and the love that surrounds you.
Keep Showing Up: Even when it’s hard, keep walking in faith. Your resilience is a testimony. Somebody is watching you and finding strength because you refuse to give up.
