Preparation is not being negative. It is one way we care for the people we love.
One of my mentors shared a helpful resource for getting important end-of-life paperwork and wishes in order. I’m not a gatekeeper...if something has informed me, helped me, or empowered me, I love sharing it with others. This is not about fear. It is about peace, love, and preparation. You can’t stop every kind of rain, but you can carry your umbrella. Take a look at the link below when you have some quiet time. You may find that getting a few things in order feels less like preparing for death and more like caring for the people you love. Oh, what a time we had!
Here are a few beautiful memories from our 11th Annual Women on the Grow Malibu reTREAT. There is something powerful about getting away from the noise for a few days.
Resting.
Laughing.
Learning.
Exhaling.
Being around women who understand that sometimes you can love your life and still need a break from it.
Our next annual Malibu reTREAT is: August 30 through September 3, 2027
