"We’ve been deeply socialized into using keyboards on our phones and computers, texting, scrolling, and typing endlessly. I learned that handwriting activates more areas of the brain more than typing does. Writing by hand is slower and more intentional, helping your brain process, store, and emotionally connect to your goals. When you write it, you remember it. When you remember it, you believe it. When you believe it, you move toward it.

When your goals only live in your mind, they’re fuzzy and easily forgotten. But when you write them down.  You increase your chances of success by 42% (according to research!)

I'm sure you already write plenty of lists. You got your grocery list, your Christmas shopping list, your "don’t forget to pack this for the trip" list, your back-to-school list...But let me ask you this: Have you written a list for your life?

It’s time to take it to another level. Write down your money goals. Write down your health goals. Your relationship goals. Your travel goals. Your businesslcareer goals.

Writing your goals down is not just about planning. It’s about activating your faith and training your mind. Write the vision. Make it plain. What you write, you magnetize. Write it down. Watch it manifest.

You ever notice how when you write down something specific like,“I want a new red car with a sunroof…suddenly, you start seeing red cars with sunroofs everywhere?

That’s not magic. That’s your mind getting in alignment with your focus. Those cars were always there…but once you gave your brain a clear, specific goal, your Reticular Activating System kicked in and said,“Let’s find it!”

This is exactly why writing your goals down matters. It tells your mind,“This is what I care about. This is what I’m looking for. This is where I’m headed.”

So whether it’s a red car, better health, more peace, more money, savings, a new home, or meaningful love, be specific, write it down.  I've been teaching this practice for many years. I have seen results myself from writing my goals about money, health, family, car, where I live, speaking engagements, travel, and so much more. I have heard many testimonies from family, friends, and coaching clients who experienced amazement and gratitude after seeing results. I write goals down in my journals, notes on mirrors, goals in front of me on my computer. When your goals are out of sight, they are out of your mind. As a winner, I encourage you to learn to give your mind an assignment to keep the main thing...the MAIN THING! It's not magic...it's tapping into your brain power." - JewelDiamondTaylor.com
