Be Loyal to the Royal Within. Your worth is already paid for. You do not earn it. You remember it.

Too many women are loyal to everybody else and disloyal to themselves. They silence their truth, second guess their choices, allow shame to pull them into hiding, dress down their light, stay in unhealthy relationships just to avoid being alone, and delay joy like it needs permission.

That is not humility. That is self-abandonment. You are not a child waiting to be chosen. You are a grown woman...A Queen. Queens do not beg for value. They move with self- respect. They honor their voice. They choose peace over approval. They refuse to betray themselves just to belong.

Every day you wake up is a special occasion. Stop saving the good stuff. Stop waiting to use your voice. Maya Angelou said it best.“I come as one, but I stand as ten thousand.”

When you stand up for yourself, you are not standing alone. You are standing with history, with legacy and with every unknown sheroe and those in your family who had to be brave and resilient so you could be free. Your mothers, grandmothers, aunties, and spiritual mothers and that includes the awesome men and forefathers who endured more than you could imagine. You and I have more and have done more than they could ever imagine. You are more supported than you realize. More guided than you give yourself credit for. More loved than your hard days try to convince you otherwise.

So stop being harsh with yourself. Stop questioning your worth. Self-worth is not loud. It is grounded. Your crown is paid for!!!!

Some of us will encourage everybody else and then treat ourselves like we are asking for too much. No sistahqueen!

Be loyal to the royal within you. Treat yourself like God’s favorite child...not spoiled, but cared for. Because you are loved, protected, guided, and supported more than you realize.
