"You are a spiritual farmer. Every word you speak is a seed. Every thought is soil. Every habit is water. You are already eating from something you planted. “As ye sow, so shall ye reap.” – Galatians 6:7

Every day you are either speaking life into your future or rehearsing the same struggle you say you’re tired of. You can’t keep saying“I’m broke… I’m exhausted… nothing works for me” and expect your life to suddenly rise up and surprise you. That’s not how it works.
“Death and life are in the power of the tongue…” – Proverbs 18:21
Pay attention to how you talk to yourself.
Your voice is either coaching you… or canceling you.
You are farming your life every day. And sooner or later. You will eat from it. “From the fruit of their lips people enjoy good things. - Proverbs 13:2
We’ve gotten far away from the land and it has quietly disconnected us from reality. When you live close to soil, you understand something simple ...nothing grows overnight...nothing shows up without effort... and nothing comes without a process. But modern life changed that. We live in concrete cities. We tap a screen. We expect results now. Food shows up in bags or drive-thru. Money moves digitally. Answers come in seconds. So we’ve been trained out of patience, trained out of labor, trained out of respect for the process, and now we struggle with waiting. We get frustrated when things don’t happen fast.
So many times in my sessions, I hear defeat, exhaustion, fear, shame, and hopelessness. I’ve learned to listen deeper because what I’m hearing is not just their voice... it’s cultural, family, and generational programming.

Many of us were not taught how to speak life, we were taught how to survive. We grew up hearing life is hard, don’t expect too much, be grateful for whatever you get, don’t get your hopes up. So that language got rooted in us. By the time we become adults, that voice feels like truth, but it’s not truth...it’s repetition.
So when I coach, I don’t see stuck or broken women. I see women who have been conditioned. I don’t try to fix them. I show them their pattern. I help them see this is not who you are, this is what you learned and ... what was learned, can be unlearned.
