Do Something Today. Not next week. Not when it’s perfect. Today. You already know what to do. You’ve thought about it...prayed about it...and talked about it. Now move. I didn’t wait until I felt ready and fully confident to start my speaking/life coaching career 40 years ago. I didn’t wait for all the green lights to write my 8 books, curate and execute my annual retreats, and Sunday Flow Experience. I knew I couldn't solve all the world's problems...I decided to do something about the pain I see around me... right where I live. So I became the founder of WomenOnTheGrow Inc. 501c3 a non-profit resource for women experiencing hardships, grief, trauma, breast cancer, divorce, abuse, caregiving exhaustion, single parenting, depression, unemployment, etc.

I moved… and faith, clarity, consistency, and the right connections met me on the way.

Now 75 years young, I have kept the main thing...the MAIN THING despite disruptions, sickness, surgery, grief/loss, COVID, disappointments, speaking invitations internationally, financial swings, marriage/parenting, and life doing what life does.

I've had missteps, learning lessons, heartache, and breakthroughs along the way. You don’t wait to be ready. You move… and readiness catches up, and God's grace follows you. Some of you have been getting ready for many years. At this point, you’re not preparing… you’re allowing procrastination to be your thief.

Arrest that thief called procrastination. You don’t need more time. You need to make a decision and follow through with action. Send the message. Make the call. Start the page. Have the conversation. Start a movement. Sign up for the class. Find a way to contribute your time/talent/giving to serve humanity and your community.
