How to stay ready and empowered

This is a partial list of my past invited speaking engagements (keynote or personal and professional development workshops). I was born for this.

This pandemic has ushered in several layers of disruptions and opportunities. The economic effects and rising automation of occupations is a call to action for many to upskill, reskill, or cross-skill their talents and resume.

Employers predict that problem-solving and critical thinking will become increasingly important skills over the next five years. This is one of the reasons I am so passionate about teaching skills like; active learning, resilience, stress tolerance, problem-solving, flexibility, the power of your thinking/mindset, self-awareness, and how to deepen one's faith, well-being, and confidence.

Only a person in hiding, denial, emotional/mental turmoil or fantasy thinking would not see the historical changes we are all experiencing on so many levels (economy, technology, jobs, housing, healthcare, mental illness, stress, etc.)

If someone is in a survival mode they have little interest or time to gain new skills to thrive in these times.

I salute the ladies from California, New York, North Carolina, South Carolina, Atlanta, and Las Vegas who have been present, proactive, intentional, consistent, and "ride or die" with me for the past 2 years in my signature zoom room "The Diamond INNERversity." They are experiencing results, clarity, confidence, and an awesome "life toolbox."
