Blessings from me and my heart beat and legacy. My life feels so GRAND with my Codey.

In 6 months, 2022 will be here. Don't waste your energy and time on people, places, pain, and projects that distract you from seeing results, growth, and happiness in your life.

What activities, habits, or emotions clearly wasted your time this year?

What do you want to STOP doing?

What do you want to START doing?

What lights you up?

What do you want to create, produce, accomplish, or overcome?

Where do you already have alliances, accomplishments, experience, and knowledge?

When was the last time you gave yourself permission to do what you really want?

What’s always in the back of your mind?

Are shame, guilt, doubt, or fears keeping you limited? How can a life coach most support you?

How do you want to FEEL?

What is the your MAIN focus right now? (e.g. health, finances, family, career, faith, emotional healing, overcoming procrastination, relationships, etc.)

Remain focused in spite of the shift, storms, setbacks, pain, haters, or what you see in the news or on Facebook.

Athletes become champions because they show up and perform even when they are hurt. You will win the game of life by keeping your main thing… the MAIN THING.

There are many inspirational stories of athletes who demonstrate focus, tenacity, will power, and determination to achieve a goal. One athlete I recall actually embodied my mantra "the main thing... is to KEEP the Main Thing...The MAIN THING!

In 2014, after approval from her doctors, 28 year old Alysia Montano ran and competed while pregnant in the 800 meters while at the U.S. Track and Field Championships.

Alysia is a six-time USA Outdoor Track and Field Championships 800 meters champion (2007, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013 and 2015). She gained significant publicity for the 2014 race that she competed while 8 months pregnant. Does her focus and unstoppable mindset inspire you?

(These are some of our Women on the Grow, Inc. 501c3 partners aka "Sister $owers).

Our partners enable us to have an effective outreach to bless women experiencing hardships (e.g. breast cancer, abuse, depression, trauma, grief, unemployment, caregiving, illness, single parenting, homeless, etc.) Because of these ladies, we are able to send funds, books, offer free counseling, and participation in our events.

If you are inspired to be a difference maker and sister $ower, feel free to begin to join our compassion movement ministry of service. You choose the amount at this link and I will send you a beautiful appreciation bracelet gift.
